I am running a FREEDOM CAREER TRAINING for youngsters to understand what is Freedom of life and what is a career in life?
It is also for youngsters who are employed and having career guidance challenges too.
I am seeing lot challenges with youngsters to seek the right guidance to pursue their career. The basic ingredients of knowing their worth and embedding the value is missing in nutshell.
You should acquire the basics of Attitude, Skills and Knowledge (ASK) and start developing your life of freedom. It is not available in a platter to offer you like a bouquet. It is neither taught at school nor available in the academic curriculum. What you are learning in school is academics which is required as the next step towards a path of employment seeking. Before that, you should learn about yourself to understand the life sequence. I can cite an example: When you plant a seed, you are knowing what is the seed, what is its benefits when grows. It means you know the steps of what, when, why, how while getting a seed to plant and its seedling stage. As you sow, so shall you reap is a biblical statement.
TAP & IGNITE:
It is common to notice, when the real potential is available with someone, he or she may not be knowing about what is available unless someone shows the right way of identifying it. I am also narrating a story of a person named Hafiz who lived in Africa. He was supposed to be potentially a wealthy person and lived life up to his level of expectation. But, do you know what happened?
One day, a person who had a wisdom visited him and discussed about his life. He expressed the unlively life struggles. While walking together in his garden, he showed a stone shining and said, looks to be something precious stone. He asked him to go and test it. Then, he went away. However, Hafiz had enough frustration of not having money to lead a comfortable life. He didn’t listen to the person of wisdom. Then, after a while, he sold his land to another person and went off.
After sometime, the same person of wisdom visited Hafiz’s garden and looking for him. Instead, he saw another person who informed what happened in a short span of time. He felt bad. However, he said the same thing to this gentleman and asked him to test the stone which was shining in his garden. He also told a new owner, there were plenty of similar stones existing in your garden. You may be lucky if you do a proper test, survey and explore. Unlike Hafiz, he was an aggressive person and committed to do what this great person was telling him.
While he was doing the testing , he was amazed to hear from those testing lab, it was a diamond. Wow! What a surprise! Awesome! What a happiness he was feeling. He went into a high flying imagination of seeing himself great. It is true also. He visualized as not an ordinary person, but now felt extraordinary. Then, he led an amazing life. His life was totally transformed by a person of wisdom.
Similarly, there are innumerable students who are having potential in their life to achieve many but, those are surprisingly unexplored. Exploring the unexplored is an art and those skill and knowledge to be taught and learned. Then, you become a successful person. The freedom of life, the freedom of spending in a right way would emerge in you. That’s why, I have mentioned my favourite phrase of “tap & ignite” as a Freedom Career Hub sticker. What is sleeping in you are becoming unaware unless you are ignited.
WHY IT IS NAMED AS “FREEDOM CAREER HUB”?
Do you feel students studying in schools in different standards are having full awareness about what is freedom of career path? I went through the same curriculum, syllabus and had passed out in a first class in a circumstance although the clear cut guidance was not available. It is like crossing multiple paths and stuck in between having no awareness which is the correct path. You can see a crowd crossing some path on the way. While seeing it, you also felt, let me go with them. But, you don’t know where are they going? You also don’t know, why are you following them? It is the same case for me when I was studying and also to other students. There is no sense of vision for every one. The word of freedom as independence is known and studied at school while learning history, how did India get the freedom. It is about the freedom of a country. We celebrate every year Independence day and Republic day. Our freedom of life is a question mark? However, every person has an individual freedom of life to think, choose and pursue about the life aspiration, career, way of living. The message of freedom about an individual person is neither taught nor discussed. A person could achieve a success if he or she knows the freedom of achieving.
Hence, I have established the “Freedom Career Hub” to teach, train the basic foundation of life, pre career activities to be known and learned. Once it is learned, then the next step of moving towards a right career choice gives an immense pleasure of pursuing his or her goal and helps to draft the vision and mission of life.
The training is highly essential for everyone to augment skills which are required for Employees, Professionals, Academicians, Businessmen and Business Women, Sportspersons, Students, Parents to lead a happy life. The skills required in day to day life that you feel cumbersome to figure out should be identified by everyone and get trained. It may happen so, by a company where you are employed could impart it or some time to opt personally as personal growth is vital for improving the skills required. It makes you feel comfortable when it is applied and gives you enough satisfaction. The freedom lifestyle that you may feel strange should be well explored. It is neither taught in the school nor built-in the curriculum. That’s why I am running Freedom Career Guidance Training Program precisely to plug out what you are missing to learn on the way of learning at pre career stage. So, this training program is inevitable as you may feel valuable after thinking in a deeper way. Learn this powerful skills at young stage as many people after graduation and employed while gaining experience are feeling its inefficiency in them.
